This ceiling was badly damaged because of a flat roof leak from above.The old water damaged ceiling was removed prior to
our arrival. The ceiling was first insullated with 200mm of Knauf super top loft insullation to retain heat.Then plasterboarded
using 12.5 mm plasterboards and skimmed flat/smooth with 2 coats of gypsum board finish plaster.
